  • Bathrooms and entrance areas are fitted with 60x60 cm ceramic tiles.

Walls

  • All walls are fully plastered, smoothed, and painted white.
  • Walls in shower areas are clad with ceramic wall tiles.

  • All ceilings are fully plastered and painted white.

  • Interior doors are smooth white with brushed steel handles.

Kitchen, Bathroom, and Wardrobe

  • Kitchen and bathroom fittings are by HTH, price group 3, with white cabinet doors and drawers.
